Project Sales Consultant, Luxury Residential Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Recruitment Resolution. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with luxury interior designers and architects, as well as contractors and craftspeople, to promote our prestigious architectural hardware, electrical sockets, and lighting products.
Key Responsibilities- Raise pre-contract proposals to interior designers and convert them to full hardware schedules when the contractor requests.
- Own and maintain a pipeline of projects/deals, ensuring that data and details are accurate and realistic.
- Forensic and creative follow-up of projects/deals, keeping in touch with key stakeholders at each stage of the pipeline until a PO is placed.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that the hardware schedule is accurate and informative for the client throughout the sales process.
- External project meetings and site visits to finalize the hardware schedule and advise clients on technical issues and help them make decisions.
- Hold face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers on projects to ensure all parties have a clear understanding of what is required.
- Manage daily correspondence and admin that the role generates, including a volume of emails.
- Prepare small quotes for extras and do revisions to existing hardware schedules.
- Relevant experience/knowledge of the high-end residential construction sector.
- Experience gained in a luxury product-based business.
- Proven success in a customer-facing/sales role.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Commercially focused.
- Natural communicator who enjoys delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical and practical mindset.
- Competent on MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software (ERP/CRM).
