About the Role
Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. This is a rewarding role that requires a high level of clinical expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to our service users with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and nebuliser care.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
- Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
- Current NMC registration and a minimum of 12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation management, and nebuliser care.
- Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and 12-hour shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on service users' lives.
