About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Through Life Engineer to join our team at Henderson Scott. As a key member of our Integrated Project Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the design and development of our products meet the highest standards of supportability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design for Support: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design for support objectives, ensuring our products are optimized for maintenance, repair, and upgrade.
- Supportability Engineering: Apply advanced supportability engineering techniques to identify and mitigate potential issues, ensuring our products meet customer requirements and business objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and project partners.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Company Bonus: Up to £2,500 per year, based on company performance
