About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join our client's team in the Cotswolds. The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainable cooking and baking, and for creating exciting textures and flavours.

The Perks
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: Up to £12.75 per hour
  • Guaranteed Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Overtime Paid: Yes
  • Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per year
  • Shift Pattern: Day shifts (5am - 2:30pm), Monday to Friday (with some flexibility during peak seasons)
  • Benefits: Discounted rates across the group, meals on duty, free parking, annual company parties, and a wellness-focused environment
  • Live-in Option: Available at a fee

Requirements
  • Experience: Similar level in a similar environment
  • Skills: High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritization; thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen, including COSHH and HACCP
  • Desirable: Ability to drive or live locally; passion for fresh food and good attention to detail; confidence to create and be innovative
