Commissioning Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Project Manager to join our team at Novax Recruitment. This is a contract position with a scope for extension, working full-time hours.

About the Job:

The Commissioning Project Manager will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of services commissioned under section 75 agreements, with a focus on mental health and speech & language services. This will involve utilising project management tools and methodologies to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and Integrated Care Board (ICB) to identify service requirements.

The successful candidate will generate reports and recommendations based on their findings to drive service improvement, and lead and manage commissioning projects and service reviews from inception to completion.

About the Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar role within a Local Authority, specifically within children's services. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of commissioning processes for mental health, speech and language, and occupational therapy services.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
