Restructuring Delivery Associate

Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restructuring Delivery Associate to join our newly created Restructuring Delivery Team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality insolvency processes and providing guidance and training to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and support the delivery of processes for each seat in accordance with standard procedures and relevant compliance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop internal relationships with colleagues to support delivery of RDT objectives.
- Manage graduate and school leavers within RDT, including training, coaching, delegating tasks, and supervising staff.
- Deliver 'on the job' training for team members.
- Communicate regularly with the RDT Lead on key objectives, performance, and team capacity.
- Complete regular reviews to ensure compliance standards are met and deliver proactive case progression.
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory deadlines on all corporate cases.
- Identify risk issues and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
- Complete and submit timesheets and billing within deadlines and budgets.
- Keep up to date with insolvency and other relevant legislation.
- Attend staff meetings and training as required.
- 3-4 years' experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency in a similar role.
- Proficient user of case management system.
- Experience of making decisions and communicating effectively with colleagues.
- Strong insolvency technical knowledge.
- Good time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple commitments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to high-quality delivery within agreed timeframes.
- Commitment to continued personal development and a strong desire to develop and train junior members of the team.
