Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Starting at 08:00 until completion of duties

Compensation:

  • £13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely unload cargo upon arrival at designated locations
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and submit at the end of each shift
  • Conduct vehicle inspections at the start and end of each work period
  • Report any discrepancies or near-miss situations to the supervisor
  • Ensure timely delivery and protect goods from damage during transport
  • Collect customer signatures on documentation and electronic systems as proof of delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Class 2 Driver
  • Ability to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Respectful and responsible attitude towards provided equipment
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Possession of a Digital Tacho Card
  • Valid Driving License
  • Driver CPC certification
  • Thorough understanding of driving regulations
  • No criminal record
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points on driving license
  • No serious endorsements (e.g., IN10, DR10, DD30)
