Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Stores and Asset person to join our contracts team at Central High Rise Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the issuance of plant and equipment, maintenance of stock levels, and ensuring the availability of fleet and equipment for onsite operatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Arrange and organize outsourced inspection and maintenance of plant and equipment.
  • Hire and off-hire plant, equipment, and vans.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Inspect and maintain plant and equipment for calibration.
  • Maintain electronic records of plant and equipment.
  • Keep electronic records up to date of inspections.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in stock control and inventory management.
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work well with suppliers, customers, and other team members.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Professional and reliable with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to develop commercial awareness and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Full UK driving license.
