Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients live independently and achieve their goals in life. You'll provide personal care, support with medication, and assist with daily tasks such as shopping and housework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, showering, and toileting.
- Assist with medication and ensure clients take their medication as prescribed.
- Support clients with daily tasks, such as shopping and housework.
- Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a caring and compassionate individual with previous care experience. You'll also need to be a current member of the PVG scheme and registered with the SSSC, or be prepared to register.
