Job Responsibilities- Plan and execute projects, test results, and prepare technical reports.
- Support the implementation of consumer research tasks, including data analysis and result evaluation, and apply statistical knowledge to analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results in reports.
- Lead and manage descriptive panels, recruit, train, and select panelists, monitor panelist performance, interact with direct colleagues, junior developers, marketing colleagues, and other colleagues, and assume oversight responsibility for the execution of specific tasks as needed.
- Work in teams to evaluate, present, and implement new methodologies and skills, work with other consumer experts, junior developers, and other cross-functional colleagues, and ensure the efficiency and safety of the sensory laboratory work (including maintenance of the quality system, strict adherence to all procedures, and compliance with the highest working, environmental, health, and safety standards).
