Job Title: Credit Controller

Marc Daniels is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. This is a 6-month temporary role based near High Wycombe, offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively chase customers within your dedicated portfolio of accounts.
  • Ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices and maximise cash receipts.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Process and resolve customer queries in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed breakdowns to show the status of outstanding invoices.
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested to support the team and Credit Control Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • High level of numeracy and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills.
