About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Solar Residential Install Team to join our team on a long-term basis. As a Solar Residential Install Team, you will be responsible for completing residential on-roof installations in areas local to our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of roofers, electricians, and labourers to complete residential solar installations
  • Ensure all installations meet the required standards and regulations
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vans and tools
  • Meet or exceed the target of 5 installations per week
  • Collaborate with the client to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential solar installation
  • Ability to lead a team and manage projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • 18th Edition, BPEC/EAL/LCL Solar Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
