  • Implement and maintain a performance management program to track and report on compliance targets.
  • Generate regular management reports on ESG regulation compliance levels.
  • Identify and manage compliance risks, escalating issues through relevant governance channels and recommending mitigation strategies in partnership with business leaders.

Candidate Profile

  • In-depth knowledge of ESG regulations.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing sustainability strategies, including KPI development.
  • Strong project management skills to guide strategies across multiple functional areas.
  • Experience in change management within a multinational and multicultural context.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing compliance or ESG strategies.
  • Proven track record in advancing sustainability initiatives and comprehensive knowledge of ESG requirements.
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organization.
