Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Community Family Clinic initiative, working closely with families, children, and young people across a broad age range. As part of our vibrant and innovative team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Clinical Team input in one of the three localities, working with a family therapist and a psychological practitioner.
- Develop and implement innovative interventions to meet the diverse and often complex needs of the population.
- Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions, drawing on multiple models such as systemic thinking, Video Interaction Guidance, MBT, trauma-informed approaches, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Psychology Doctoral training at Oxford University, supervising trainees in their placements and contributing to research work.
