Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Multi-Trade Engineer with a specialization in Electrical work to become a vital part of our Maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Trade Engineer (Electrical focus), you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency across our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and addressing reactive maintenance needs throughout the premises.
  • Collaborating with the on-site team, including the Contract Manager, to uphold KFM Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance among both internal personnel and external contractors.
  • Managing all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Building Fabric maintenance tasks in line with KFS quality management protocols, including preparation for audits and monitoring of building assets against PPM schedules.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to compliance standards.

Candidate Profile:
This role is ideal for you if:
  • You possess a background as a maintenance engineer with a strong electrical bias.
  • You have hands-on experience with commercial PPMs and reactive maintenance activities.
  • You are adept at working collaboratively with subcontractors and clients.
