Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Cheam. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and pupils in a whole-class setting.

About the Role:

  • Support pupils in a dynamic and creative learning environment
  • Assist the class teacher and other staff members in delivering high-quality education
  • Manage behavioural challenges and maintain a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere

About You:

  • Have a positive and proactive attitude towards teaching and learning
  • Be personable, patient, and calm under pressure
  • Have excellent communication skills and a passion for pupil development
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team and maintain good timekeeping

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £85.00 - £105.00 (dependent on experience)
