About Us: Guided Solutions is a leading provider of innovative medical technologies and neurosurgical solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to maintain and expand our customer base, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in neurosurgical sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to challenge and influence customer perceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical and product expertise to customers, identifying and addressing their needs and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform sales approaches and customer engagement.
  • Utilize the Challenger Sales Methodology to challenge customer perceptions, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in neurosurgical sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points, with the ability to challenge and influence customer perceptions.
  • Strong technical and product expertise, with the ability to provide technical and product support to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel occasionally.
  • Covid vaccinations.
