**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Meridian Business Support. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our team to pick, pack, and dispatch orders to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Picking orders using handheld scanners
* Packing items ready for dispatch to customers
* Sorting returned product from stores and separating them by I.D. codes
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

**Requirements:**

* Previous warehouse experience is ideal, but full training will be provided for those without experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to stand for long periods of time
* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
