Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at The Pilot Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, review, and amend core business processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop business requirements and help the business prepare testing scenarios for ERP implementation.
  • Support the business in preparing training documentation and working procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day activities with the ESL team and business partners.
  • Keep business users informed of progress and provide weekly status reports.
  • Capture and document business requirements on Confluence and add technical details where possible.
  • Understand platform configuration documentation and setup, liaising with systems Product Owner as needed.
  • Conduct business playback sessions, sign-offs, and keep business process documentation up to date.
  • Lead UAT and functional testing together with the project manager.
  • Support the high-level project plan and link to JIRA backlog items.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable success in delivering website builds and/or digital applications, such as ERP and CRM.
  • Experience in change management and configuration control.
  • Ability to maintain focus on the project while considering the customer's point of view.
  • A proactive individual who balances day-to-day tasks with new opportunities to advance the project.
  • Agile SCRUM/Kanban qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience in delivering both waterfall and agile-based projects.
  • Support UX/UI with work such as personas, user flows, and content management.
  • Experience with Magento or other e-commerce platforms such as SAP and Shopify.
  • Confident in running customer interviews, user acceptance testing, user testing, and requirements gathering workshops.
  • Experience in documenting technical requirements from a business perspective while managing technical teams.
  • Competent in office applications and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.
