POI Factory Technology Lead (Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Description:
The role of the POI Factory Digital Technology Lead is a 12-18 month assignment focused on building and deploying a comprehensive strategy and resource model for ensuring that our factory technology is resilient, secure, compliant, and efficient. With business transformations on the horizon, now is the critical time to create the support model for factories across Pet Nutrition and Royal Canin, which contribute to significant revenue growth. This role will ensure that for all factory Digital Technology Assets, factories will be appropriately staffed with accountable positions to ensure POI compliance by the end of 2026.

  • Proficient in manufacturing processes and systems management
  • Strong experience working in CPG/Services Industry with global scope
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain, engineering, or relevant technical discipline.
  • Working experience in IT, Strategy, Project management, or Systems process improvement preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment of current status of factory technology in terms of:

  • Technology ownership & Support (for maintenance & compliance tasks)
  • Requirements for POI assessment: including information security, compliance, Mars CMDB, lifecycle management, Disaster Recovery Capabilities.
  • Factory DT fundamental network (internet) connectivity and existing responsibilities across Mars supporting Pet Nutrition and Royal Canin factories.
