About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dolywern care home. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents with physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escort and assist residents in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our residents and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
