Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic solicitor to join our dynamic Commercial and Place Team at West Dunbartonshire Council.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects providing legal expertise to support the Council's strategic priorities and outcomes.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex and interesting property transactions, requiring knowledge and practical experience of often complex legal issues.

Responsibilities

As a solicitor in our Commercial and Place Team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the Council's commercial and property teams.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including property transactions, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.
