About the Role

The Fairlie Healthcare Group is seeking an exceptional Therapist Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our registered physiotherapists in providing high-quality clinical services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable or restore patients to the highest level of physical, cognitive, psychological, and social independence as possible and support team and families.
  • Support and assist registered physiotherapists both clinically and administratively in the provision of a high-quality clinical service.
  • Work with colleagues of all disciplines in the provision of a multidisciplinary intervention.
  • Work with professional standards of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Follow research and evidence-based practice as they are introduced to the service, implementing change as requested by registered physiotherapists.

Requirements

  • Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship (we are not accepting candidates on a student visa and skilled workers).
  • Previous experience or qualification (qualified PT if not yet HCPC registered).
  • Great communication skills.
  • A positive attitude.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
