Job Description

Director of Development Delivery

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a seasoned Director of Development Delivery to lead our growing project management team and drive the delivery of our data center projects. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment with strategic corporate objectives, and driving standardization across our construction program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall construction program to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery.
  • Define and develop key business engagement processes to enable quick decision-making and drive project success.
  • Develop a comprehensive QA/QC program to prevent problems and identify risks early in the project life cycle.
  • Lead by example to ensure coordination and integration of internal stakeholders within the project.
  • Hold the project team accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in data center construction management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6.
