We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Specialist to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment. As an Intellectual Property Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the patent and trademark filing process and supporting attorneys and clients with various legal and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete patent / trademark filings, ensuring compliance with all filing requirements and regulations
  • Act as a liaison between clients, patent / trade mark office personnel, and attorneys, coordinating European and foreign patent / trademark filings
  • Respond to communications from clients, foreign counsel, attorneys, and patent / trademark office personnel promptly and effectively
