Job Title: Regional Building Services Manager

At VINCI Building UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Building Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Northwest region, you will be responsible for managing the design and delivery of complex building services projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and delivery of building services projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality building services solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and resources.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building services management, with a strong background in MEP systems.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
