About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Employee Cross-Border Tax Programs team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing and driving forward our global Employee Cross-Border Tax Programs across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Design and Delivery
    • Develop and implement effective cross-border tax programs to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with tax specialists to monitor key tax and immigration risks, including global liability analysis.
    • Work with the operations team to meet deliverables for payroll processing and tax return filing.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the senior point of contact for cross-border tax and immigration queries from various stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including HR operations, tax, and payroll functions.
  • Team Management
    • Oversee a global team located across multiple locations, including the US, London, Singapore, Warsaw, and Mumbai.
    • Manage vendor relationships and oversee large contracts with tax and immigration service providers.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Significant experience in employee tax and immigration, with a strong background in implementing and running cross-border tax programs.
    • Proven track record of working with HR operations, tax, and payroll functions.
  • Skills
    • Strong technology and digital skills, with a process improvement mindset.
    • Excellent data, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues timely.
    • Strong partnership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Education
    • University degree.
    • Accounting qualifications preferred.
