Job Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Composite Assembly Technician at Carbon 60. This role is integral to our skilled team of engineers and offers a permanent position within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and validate the rectification of defects in accordance with approved maintenance documentation.
  • Conduct component replacements resulting from scheduled maintenance evaluations.
  • Perform maintenance activities that are within the scope of workshop authorization.
Inspection and Maintenance

Proficient in carrying out:

  • General Visual Inspections
  • Detailed Visual Inspections
  • Other surveillance inspection methods and maintenance checks as defined by approved authorizations.
Training and Development

Engage in the development and sharing of knowledge, providing coaching to team members.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A recognized educational qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 or HNC.
  • Experience in an aircraft maintenance setting relevant to workshop authorization.
  • Familiarity with SAP and production support processes.
  • An understanding of internal protocols and awareness of quality, health, safety, human factors, and environmental legislative requirements.
Work Schedule

This position operates on a 4 on 4 off schedule, with 12-hour shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM.
