We are seeking an experienced wet sales operator to drive profit, grow sports teams, and host regular live entertainment at The George, a popular community pub in Daventry town centre.
About the Pub
The George is an open-plan trading operation with an attractive main bar area boasting a pool table and screens for viewing live TV sports. Although there isn't a kitchen, you can offer snacks whilst local teams compete. Outside, you'll discover a patio trading area to the side of the pub and a clear opportunity to make more of the under-used garden area.
Location
The George is located on a major road into Daventry and opposite a large, free car park, which also backs onto Daventry town centre shops. The savvy operator will market to the over 5,700 residents living within half a mile of the pub.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an experienced entrepreneur who can drive profit, grow sports teams, and host regular live entertainment. Your domestic accommodation would consist of four bedrooms, a lounge, and a kitchenette. We will ensure that this accommodation is in good order.
Agreement
We offer a Flexible Tenancy agreement with a piece of mind approach to running your own pub business for a total term of up to 5-years with a flexible notice period. We also offer flexible deposit options, with build ups from as little as £1,000 as well as flexible price bands and release fees which are available.
