GadJet is seeking a skilled Field Merchandiser to join our team. As a Field Merchandiser, you will be responsible for visiting customers, ensuring our products are displayed, stocked, and promoted in retail sites. You will work closely with store managers and our office team to drive product visibility and enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and maintain product displays, including setting up signage and fixtures.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure products are consistently available on the shelves.
  • Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to optimise product placement and drive sales.
  • Gather and report on market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on store visits, stock levels, merchandising activities, and any issues encountered.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, help qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Overnight stays in defined regions when needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and keen eye on visual merchandising.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
