Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team in Elgin. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the facilities team by completing various administrative tasks, including data collation, report filing, and office file management.
  • Provide support and cover for reception duties as required.
  • Process site access requests and communicate with contractors, sites, and the Central Hub.
  • Manage and share documentation, including RAMS and reports, and ensure archiving takes place.
  • Support the line manager with month-end data collation and attend update calls.
  • Conduct periodic health and safety checks and report any incidents or irregularities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
