The Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team in the property sector. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing connections with potential home buyers, organizing and conducting property viewings, and mediating offers between buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Property Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings, sharing feedback with sellers and providing valuable insights to clients.
- Negotiation and Mediation: Mediate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain precise records of all sales activities, schedule appointments for the mortgage advisor, and direct clients to solicitors.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and fellow estate agents, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in a sales position, ideally within the property sector.
- Skillset: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and strong organizational skills.
- Education: Familiarity with the property market and a valid UK driving license are beneficial.
