As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing connections with potential home buyers, organizing and conducting property viewings, and mediating offers between buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Property Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings, sharing feedback with sellers and providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Negotiation and Mediation: Mediate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain precise records of all sales activities, schedule appointments for the mortgage advisor, and direct clients to solicitors.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and fellow estate agents, ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
