Position Overview

Role: Chef de Partie

Salary: £33,000

Join our dynamic catering team at Hamilton Mayday, where we provide a comprehensive dining experience, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, along with extensive hospitality and event catering.

Key Responsibilities

As a Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Collaborate effectively within a large culinary team.
  • Prepare dishes from scratch using high-quality, fresh ingredients.
  • Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in your cooking practices.
Working Conditions

This position requires a commitment of 45 hours per week across a 5-day schedule, with opportunities for paid overtime at time and a half.

Note: Due to the location of our facility, candidates must possess their own transportation, as public transport options are limited.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be:

  • A seasoned Chef de Partie with a progressive career trajectory.
  • Experienced in high-volume catering, ideally within business & industry, hotels, or busy fresh food restaurants.

  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required by service demands.
