About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Logistics Coordinator to join our Engineering Support Team at British Airways. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles to support operational requirements and maintenance inputs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and assist in the clearance of unserviceable and serviceable materials, including fit and remove support.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Comply with all relevant company, legal, and regulatory requirements, and any other regulations as directed by line manager or the business.
Requirements
  • Level 2 (O Grade/Standard Grade/Nat 5) qualifications (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics principles.
  • Good understanding of BA Engineering IT systems and IPC/Technical publications/information systems.
  • Ability to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
