Role Overview:

Support the Procurement team on various residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in price negotiations, analyzing tenders, and preparing tender documentation.
  • Contributing to the execution of the Materials procurement strategy and enhancing the regional supply chain to meet business needs.
  • Delivering market-competitive and innovative procurement solutions that ensure the best overall value.
  • Acquiring materials within budget constraints and timelines to facilitate site operations.
  • Generating monthly budget control reports for all materials procured for each project.
  • Identifying potential new suppliers.
  • Monitoring the supply chain and upgrading suppliers to preferred status as needed.
  • Addressing disputes and account issues between suppliers and the organization.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of a construction-related qualification or 1-2 years of experience in Buying/Construction.
  • Alternatively, a qualification at A Level/College standard with a strong desire to work in the construction industry.
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and eager to cultivate a career in the Construction sector, particularly in Procurement.
  • Ability to commute to the office location.
