Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Brandon James. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering expert advice on a wide range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of domestic and offshore trusts
  • Asset protection related to care home fees, divorce, and bankruptcy
  • Preparation of Wills and inheritance planning for UK-based and international clients
  • Estate-related tax advice and administration of estates with assets across multiple jurisdictions
  • Management of cases involving international conflicts of law
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in trust and estate planning
  • Solid background in creating domestic and offshore trusts
  • Expertise in asset protection, particularly in relation to care home fees, divorce, and bankruptcy
  • Strong knowledge of UK and international tax planning, inheritance issues, and the preparation of Wills
  • Experience in dealing with complex estate administration, including cases with assets in multiple jurisdictions
  • Thorough understanding of Lasting Powers of Attorney and issues surrounding mental capacity
What We Offer:
