About the Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a male Service User who lives in his own home in Macclesfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure the Service User can live as independently as possible in their own home
  • To support the Service User in feeling part of the community while ensuring their health needs are met
  • To participate in daily activities and engage with the Service User
Requirements
  • Able to attend The Management of Actual or Potential Aggression (MAPA) training provided by Sugarman Health and Wellbeing
  • The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
  • Willingness to embrace the Service User's goals and aspirations
  • Ability to work in the UK and provide necessary documentation
  • Full enhanced DBS
  • Up-to-date CV
