Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our Senior Graphic Designer in executing campaigns and creating engaging digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for visual design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development
    • Design engaging digital assets, including newsletters, social media channels, and social adverts, in line with our brand guidelines.
    • Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for various business purposes.
  • Content Creation
    • Create channel-specific content for our social media channels and contribute to the growth of these accounts.
    • Assist with other design-related tasks as needed to support our marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and wider team to develop and implement design strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure design projects meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all work is accurate and sense-checked.
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    • Working knowledge of social media platforms, including creating engaging content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in photography and/or videography.
  • Good understanding of B2B marketing and design trends.
  • Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Understanding of accessibility principles.
