Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and review individual care packages to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide practical training and clinical supervision to care workers, utilizing your expertise and guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, and private and NHS hospitals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
