About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Jewson South Molton. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, and restock soap and paper products.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the facility.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities manager.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of cleaning experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
