About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cambian West. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with individuals with a range of Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders, often accompanied by complex needs and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an SLT service to individuals with complex communication needs
  • Provide support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and ASD
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement therapeutic approaches
  • Respond to referrals and ensure an inclusive communication environment
  • Contribute to service development and work effectively as part of the companywide SLT team
About You

We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist with a degree or postgraduate diploma in Speech and Language Therapy, and registration with the Health & Care Professions Council. You will have experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders, and preferably have worked with AAC approaches.
