We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Setsquare Recruitment. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Regularly review project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track.
- Site Management: Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all site personnel are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure projects meet quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Experience: Proven experience in site management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in project management software.
