Senior Commercial Solicitor (Life Sciences)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Solicitor to join our award-winning Life Sciences team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, including global pharma, medtech, research institutes, and universities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on IP licensing and partnering transactions, clinical trial arrangements, and research collaborations
  • Manage commercial contracts, including supply, manufacturing, and promotional agreements
  • Provide IP protection and regulatory advice
  • Assist with due diligence for corporate transactions in life sciences
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' post-qualification experience from a leading law firm or in-house environment
  • Strong commercial law skills and a proven track record of working with life sciences businesses
  • Enthusiastic and commercially minded Lawyer with the ability to work across a wide range of tasks and challenges
