About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling our products to customers, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions.
  • Logistics and Delivery: Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, delivering products to customers, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including receiving and processing stock, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of commercial principles and ability to drive sales and maximize margins.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard software, such as SAP.
  • Driving and Logistics: Valid driving license and ability to safely operate company vehicles.
