  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a multi-team department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software products.
  • Problem-Solving: Employ a methodical approach to problem-solving, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Time Management: Work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, with the ability to work additional hours if required.
  • Initiative: Work on your own initiative, showcasing resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical Skills: Possess experience with databases and SQL, as well as knowledge of testing tools, such as Team Foundation Server, Leapwork, Azure DevOps, RDZ, or similar.
  • Business Acumen: Have a solid understanding of retail business environment processes and the ability to prepare various reports for testing.
  • API Testing: Possess experience with API testing, including SOAP, Postman, or similar.
Requirements
  • Professional Accreditation: A professional accreditation, such as ISTQB / ISEB, would be an advantage.
  • Programming Skills: Possess programming/scripting macros skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience of testing on Mainframe Systems and payment service providers would be beneficial.
