As a Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through their entire purchasing journey, both online and in-person, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. Our Sales Advisors excel in assisting with essential details. Whether it’s coordinating test drives, selecting appropriate financing options, or recommending additional accessories, you will be there to ensure customers enjoy a seamless experience when acquiring their new vehicle. Engaging with customers through various channels—online, in-store, via phone, or video—is crucial, making strong communication skills and technological proficiency essential.
To qualify for this role, you must possess a valid driving license that confirms your ability to drive within the UK and demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service. Experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer-focused sales environment is highly desirable.
