Job Summary:

HAMILTON ROWE RECRUITMENT SERVICES LTD is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Fabric Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building fabric in accordance with agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of commercial buildings
  • Respond to site emergencies or client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and handyperson duties
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
  • Multi-task and prioritize duties to meet deadlines
  • Utilize good IT skills to manage tasks and communicate with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a commercial environment
