Insolvency Case Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator to join our team at GGT Insolvency Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Insolvency Practitioners and Directors, ensuring the effective management and completion of insolvency cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory documents and reports
- Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and resolve queries
- Organizing and attending creditor and client meetings, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues
- Conducting investigations and gathering evidence to support claims and legal actions
- Monitoring case progress and updating relevant parties as necessary
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, document scanning, and basic research tasks
- Assisting junior members of the team with insolvency matters and providing guidance and support as needed
- At least one to two years of experience in corporate insolvency or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with IPS or similar case management software is desirable
