Your expertise in digital tools and software will be essential in managing and updating workloads, conducting site surveys, and coordinating logistics.
- Efficiently manage and update a workload tracker using Excel.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee comprehensive site management, including material requests, trade coordination, and health & safety standards.
- Deliver concise weekly reports on project adherence, quality assurance, cost control, and health & safety standards.
- Proficiency in managing retail construction sites with finesse.
- Possession of SMSTS/SSSTS certification is preferred.
- Advanced MS Suite skills, including Excel, Projects, and other relevant software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
