We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Coordinator to join our team at Home Group Limited. As a key member of our housing management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing excellent customer service to our tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of tenancies, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
- Oversee the re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive housing management service, including tenancy support and rent collection.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, providing them with support and guidance to help them manage their tenancies effectively.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance issues and ensure that all necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
- Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to our tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties.
- Knowledge of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive housing management service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and colleagues.
